1. I want to join your Morocco tour - what next?
To secure your place on the tour please send us the required deposit per person along with your completed booking form(s).

On receipt of your deposit we will send you a letter of acknowledgment along with details of your holiday/tour and Booking Conditions for your reference.
The final balance of your holiday is due 90 days prior to departure at which point you will receive Morocco Travel Information, ferry tickets, Outline Itinerary, maps with the route, and Wildcat Adventures emergency numbers.
A tour briefing will be held when we meet as a group at our first nights's accommodation.
While on tour, John and Brigitte will give you a short briefing prior to setting off each morning, details of accommodation, fuel points, points of interest, and rendezvous points.

2. What are the Passport / Visa Requirements?
For Travel to Morocco or through Spain, you do not need a visa (British, EU, USA, Canada) however please check with entry requirements based on your citizenship. You must have a valid passport with an expiry date of no less than 6 months from your date of entry.
3. What Documents do I Need?
You will need your full motor cycle driving license, an International Driving License (IDL), valid passport, personal and vehicle insurance documents, your motoring association or equivalent breakdown numbers. In the UK you may purchase an IDL from any major post office You will need passport size photos and your passport to obtain an IDL. It is entirely your responsibility to bring with you all of these documents. A comprehensive document list is sent to you on booking.

We take care of all your border formalities including temporary importation of your bike. Just sit back and enjoy 'the show'.
4. Will my motorbike insurance cover me for travel in Morocco?
You must give your insurance company a call to tell them of your destination(s) and duration of stay. Your insurance company will issue a green card or amend your insurance policy to provide cover. We assist you purchasing motorbike insurance at the border if it is required.
5. Will I be carrying my luggage all the time?
Yes.
6. What if I get sick while on tour?
You must ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover to have you and your motorcycle repatriated to your country of residence should you be unable to ride at all due to illness.
7. Do we ride as a group?
We do not ride in a convoy but rather in small groups with each group establishing their own pace and style of riding. You may ride alone, in small groups, or decide to ride with the guide.
8. How much experience is required?
Experience in touring abroad is not essential but recommended. However your guide will ensure that you are given the correct advice and care. It is essential that you are comfortable riding your motorbike and that you ride your own style and pace – we’ll take care of the rest.
9. What distances do we cover each day and do we have rest days?
Please see specific tour details. Our routes are designed and mileage calculated to accommodate terrain, climate, temperature, and points of interest. Adequate time is provided to relax and even enjoy some Moroccan retail therapy.
10. Will my bike be secure at night?
All our accommodations are selected with bike security in mind. We do however recommend that you bring your disc locks or security chains.
11. What tools / spares do I need to bring?
It is advisable that you bring the tool kit supplied with your bike. We supply you with a full kit list on booking for your reference.
12. What happens if my bike breaks down?
AA or RAC will provide emergency breakdown and recovery in Europe. It is therefore essential that you obtain the cover prior to starting the tour. There is no similar service in Morocco at the moment. However Wildcat Adventures in association with our Moroccan agent would endeavour to arrange recovery of bike and rider (pillion) to the nearest garage in Morocco for bike repair. If necessary we would assist in the recovery of bike and rider (pillion) to the ferry at Tangier. In the unlikely event that these services become necessary in Morocco the client would be responsible for all recovery/repair and associated costs incurred including accommodation, meals, telephone charges, etc.
13. What range should my fuel tank have?
You should be familiar with your fuel tank range. Each day we will provide you with details on the distances to the filling stations. An ideal minimum tank range for all our Morocco tours is 200 miles.
14. Will I have access to cash machines / banks?
Money is easily obtained at most ATM machines, banks or currency exchange offices. Moroccan currency can be purchased after we have cleared entry customs.
15. How much money do I bring?
While travelling through Spain the Euro will be applicable. A moderate sum to cover lunch, dinner, snacks, and fuel will be required. Fuel can be purchased on all major credit cards. While travelling through Morocco, Moroccan Dirhams are required and these can only be purchased on entry into the country. Allow equivalent of 20-30 Euros for lunch and dinner each day while en route through Spain. Fuel in Morocco is at least 20% cheaper than in Europe.
16. Will I be able to use my credit card?
Widely accepted throughout Spain and in major stores, and hotels. Credit cards are accepted at some garages in Morocco however we recommend you pay cash for fuel in Morocco.
17. What are the accommodations like?
All our accommodations are clean, and comfortable with ensuite facilities - they have secure bike areas, and serve excellent food. We use Riads, 4*Hotels, traditional Kasbahs, and mountain Auberges - most with swimming pools,
18. What if I must cancel and cannot join the tour?
We do have BOOKING CONDITIONS which we provide with all bookings. Your deposit secures a space on the tour and is non-refundable.
19. What if Wildcat Adventures cancels the tour?
We will use our best endeavours to ensure that there are no cancellations but reserve the right to cancel the tour should the minimum number of person stipulated within the tour details not be met. In this case all monies will be refunded minus a small administration charge. Please refer to our booking conditions for full details.
20. What about my payment protection?
All eligible payments are held in trust in accordance with the EU package holiday directive.
21. What if we get delayed in the Ferry crossings?
We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays in ferry crossings to/from UK and to/from Morocco. In the event of a delay you will be responsible for providing your own meals and accommodations.
22. Do I need travel and holiday insurance?
It is a condition of our holidays that you have full travel insurance including medical insurance, repatriation, and cancellation cover, including recovery for your motorcycle if available.
23. What bike is suitable for the trip?
For our Atlas Mountains Raid ROAD tour - Trail, Touring and Sports Bikes are suitable for use on the tour. Minimum capacity 500cc is recommended.
24. Will I have access to unleaded fuel?
Yes. At each morning's briefing we will advise you on the fuel points to use enroute.
25. How many miles will we cover on the trip?
For our Atlas Raid ROAD tour you will cover approximately 3000 miles.
26. Is this tour suitable for pillions?
Our Atlas Mountains Raid Road tour is suitable for pillions. All riding on our ROAD tours is on surfaced and generally on good quality roads. We have designed our route to allow for rest/café stops and plenty of photo stops. There are many attractions to see along the way and we take the time to visit them.
