The following information regarding our BMW Global Partner's bike hire costs and conditions are provided in good faith but without any responsibility whatsoever on the part of Wildcat Adventures

MOTOR BIKE HIRE / RENTAL CONDITIONS

Motor Bike ("bike") Hire / Rental is available to participants joining us on our Morocco tours. The Bike hire is strictly for the use on a Wildcat Adventures Tour.

RESERVING YOUR BIKE: On receipt of your Morocco tour booking Wildcat Adventures will place an option on the bike of choice on the participant's behalf with our BMW partner in Europe ("bike hire company"). The participant (hirer) will then receive instructions and contact details to enable him/her to secure the bike with a deposit. The deposit is to be sent directly to the bike hire company.

BIKE HIRE PAYMENTS: All bike hire payments (deposits, balance, including damage deposit), arrangements, procurement etc are to be made directly with the bike hire company.

Wildcat Adventures Tour payments are separate from the Bike Hire payments. The Tour payments constitute a separate contract between Wildcat Adventures and the participant and are subject to the Wildcat Adventures Booking Conditions.

BIKE HIRE DEPOSIT: 20% of the total hire cost is required to be sent to the bike hire company at time of booking to secure the bike. The deposit may be paid by bank transfer or Credit Card.

The final balance is due 30 days prior to tour start date and can be paid in cash Euros or Credit Card. If a bank transfer method is used to pay the balance then this will have to be initiated in advance to ensure receipt of payment prior to collection.

A damage deposit of € 1,500 (Euros) will also be collected at the point of collection or in advance if using bank transfer for payment.

The damage deposit of € 1,500 (Euros) will be refunded upon return of the undamaged motorcycle at the end of the tour.

IN THE EVENT OF A BREAKDOWN OR ACCIDENT: In the event of a breakdown or accident causing damage to the hire bike and the bike becomes unrideable, then every effort will be made by the bike hire company to arrange for a replacement bike to be delivered to our location in Morocco. The bike hire company cannot guarantee they will always be able to supply you with a replacement bike. In the event the hire bike cannot be repaired or replaced the lost hire days will be credited to the hirer for future hire. Wildcat Adventure's Booking Conditions will apply as follows:

"In the event of an accident where the participant(s) or their vehicle is no longer able or fit to continue with the tour/expedition WILDCAT ADVENTURES reserves the right to ask the participant(s) to leave the tour/expedition immediately at their expense. No refund for unused portions of the tour/expedition will be made."

As with riders riding their own bikes, Wildcat Adventures will endeavour to assist in arranging the recovery of a failed or damaged hire bike and its hirer & pillion to the nearest garage in Morocco for vehicle repair. If necessary, we will assist in the recovery of the hirer & pillion to the ferry at Tangier. In the unlikely event that these services become necessary in Morocco, the hirer will be responsible for all recovery/repair and associated costs incurred such as accommodation, meals, telephone charges, etc*.

Wildcat Adventures cannot be held responsible for the hirer returning the hire bike out with the bike hire contract period and any associated costs.

BIKE HIRE CONTRACT: The bike hire contract will be strictly between the hirer and the bike hire company. The participant will abide by the bike hire company's Rider Obligations & Hire Conditions.

Wildcat Adventures will not be party to the bike hire contract.

DOCUMENTS: The hirer must have a full motorbike driver's licence, valid passport. It is the hirer's responsibility to bring all necessary paperwork and to ensure the appropriate insurance is in place for the period and countries the hire bike will be used while on tour with Wildcat Adventures.

CANCELLATION OF THE BIKE HIRE CONTRACT: If the hirer decides to cancel the bike hire contract, all cancellation fees for the hire of the bike will be applied by the bike hire company and paid directly to the bike hire company by the hirer and are as follows:

Cancellation of the bike hire more than 60 days prior to tour start date the deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellation of the bike hire less than or equal to 60 days prior to tour start date the hirer will lose the deposit.

A participant cancelling their place on a Wildcat Adventures Tour is subject to the Wildcat Adventure's Booking Conditions. These conditions remain indpendent of the Bike Hire Contract.
